Our property with is located in Poreč- Parenzo, in the beautiful Istria, and offers modern and fully equipped studio- apartment in a peaceful central part of town, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and oldtown center. Apartment have been recently renovated and are designed for a comfortable and carefree stay.
Thanks to the excellent location, you can do everything without a car – within few hundred meters you’ll find supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, a pharmacy and an ATM. Restaurants and bars with great local food and a pleasant atmosphere are also just around the corner.
Free parking and internet are available for all guests.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful and very bright apartment. The natural light streaming in through the large windows created such a warm atmosphere — it was one of the things we appreciated most.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located near shops and local attractions.
Our host was very kind and attentive, they gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, bars and activities, and even left a small welcome gift. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
One of our favorite moments was enjoying coffee in the morning sun, just soaking in the calm and brightness of the space.
We’re already thinking about our next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Super nice kleine neu renovierte Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht um sich auch selbst zu versorgen, sogar der Kühlschrank war mit ein paar nettigkeiten vorbefüllt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auvh fußläufig in unter 10 min zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist mega hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne Tipps für die Region.
